What is the time commitment for the Mindful Minutes Program?
  • 2 minutes a day.  Sound manageable?
  • 10 minutes a week to plan and prepare for the upcoming week of mindful minutes.  
  • Connecting to the community of friends, your class cohort, is optional but strongly encouraged.  There is no time requirement for this, yet the fruit of your practice can be found with sharing and listening to friends about your experiences.
  • Practicing the skills as often and whenever you desire. This part is the additional commitment you make with yourself.  It will likely come naturally as you develop the habit of daily practice.
  • Bonus material and additional resources are available and part of this program for when you want to tap into them.

How many weeks is the Mindful Minutes Program?

  • Flexible monthly commitment.
  • 10 weeks is recommended to make a new habit.
  • 365 Daily Mindful Minutes are available. Bonus gifts are offered for those who complete an entire year of the Mindful Minutes Program.
